This website is operated by McQuade Stage School. By using this website, you acknowledge that the use of this website is subject to the following terms and conditions.  The McQuade shop is available to McQuade Stage School parents and pupils only.

Prices:
Prices quoted are all inclusive of VAT where applicable.  Special offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. McQuade Stage School reserves the right to adjust prices if suppliers inform us of price changes at short notice. All prices are quoted without obligation and are subject to alteration without notice.

Delivery:
Orders placed will be despatched to you from your normal class at the school, stock availability permitting. We do not operate a postage delivery.

Exchanges:
You may return any stock item for exchange only within 7 days from the date of despatch.  We do not operate a refund policy but items can be exchanged for a different size within the above timescale (Excluding McQuade Track Suits).  Goods must be in their original condition and contained within their product packaging.  A charge of £3.00 will be made for exchanges to cover return postage costs on your behalf.

Force Majeure:
We shall have no liability to you for any failure or delay in supply or delivery or for any damage or defect to goods supplied or delivered hereunder that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond reasonable control.

General:
All products subject to availability. McQuade Stage School  is not responsible for typographical, pricing or other errors and reserves the right to cancel any orders based on such errors.
